The Black Forest Airport Business Park
The Industrie- und Gewerbezentrum Raum Lahr GmbH (IGZ), an industry and trade centre for the Lahr area, was founded in 1995. The purpose of the Company is to bring the major part of the former Canadian Forces Base to civilian use. IGZ acts as the Landlord (or Lessor) of those buildings intended for further use, and coordinates the sale of the real estate. The entire area is located immediately adjacent to Junction 56 of the A5 main Frankfurt to Basel autobahn / motorway, Lahr exit

Westareal
The Western area consists of approx. 220 ha of industrial area. The owner is the Zweckverband Industrie- und Gewerbepark Raum Lahr (IGP), which is in a partnership for the industry and trade park of the Lahr Area. The Zweckverband's Administration is located in the same building as the marketing company of IGZ, which is responsible for the servicing in this area.

Ostareal
The Eastern area consists of approx. 60 ha of trading estate, for the most part owned by the city of Lahr. This includes preserved former military buildings, which are offered for purchase. The marketing is carried out by IGZ.
